Would this work on healing cracked and dry heels/feet?

I think it's wonderful for dry heels and feet. I have been using just a few days and can already tell a difference.

listed on the jar are:organic extra virgin Olea Europaea (olive) fruit oil, organic cera alba (beeswax), organic honey, propolis extract, bee pollen, and royal jelly.

differences: this & http://smile.amazon.com/Medicine-Mamas-Apothecary-Sweet-Blessed/dp/B00KKPFTPQ/ref=pd_sim_bt_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=1Z9JPE1M5JJ4GW4C39TQ

the ingredients are the same ..i think it's just a change in labeling.

does this help with OLD scars?

I don't know that it helps old scars.
