This is so nifty! I'm not sure why I expected this tho not work as well as it did. It does just what I need it to do, makes a crisp, precise crinkle-cut for my vegetables. Tested it on potatoes and I was able to make a pile of thick crinkle fires in barely any time at all. Works very well for other vegetables, too, like carrots, cucumbers, and yams. This cleans off easily, too. A nice little addition if you ant to have a more stylish presentation to your vegetables.

I love this crinkle cut knife! I had a mandolin at one point and darn near cut my finger off! Threw that away and then one day I found this in Amazon and thought this at least I could control. But was curious if it really could cut easily. Let me tell you this crinkle cutter is amazing! I grow pickling cucumbers and when I get the big ones I just slice em up with this knife. Works really easy. Takes no effort to cut through cucumbers. The jar in the middle has slices from this knife. Don’t they look delicious? Highly recommend this crinkle cutter.

We started canning pickles and this knife is perfect for making the ridges a pickle is known for. Extremely sturdy and cuts easily. Works great on carrots.

Used on potatoes and carrots. Blade is not very sharp, but works on hard veggies fine. Easy to clean with a sponge as long as you pay attention to the ridges.
