are these plus size friendly?

Our Disposable Postpartum Underwear stretch up to a size 32 (:

How to use the kit? So will you place a pad into the underwear place the witch hazel on there or what if you don't need the ice pad?

You don’t have to use the ice pad. But the kit doesn’t come with any other pads so you would need to use your own pad and then you can still use the witch hazel.

How many day supply is this? I remember going through much more than this in a couple of days.

Hey there- it truly depends on your recovery, but we'd say 1 week or a little less. Since we do typically suggest 1x Underwear a day, try purchasing an extra pair of Disposable Underwear to have beforehand so you stay ahead of the Postpartum game. Email us at hello@fridamom.com if you need any more pro-tips.

Will they fit a 3xl woman?

I don’t think so. I’m a size 6 normally and they fit me perfectly.
