do I need a drawing glove?

I don't think so. Unless it is an accessory that works with the pad. The Pen does just fine.

Can this tablet work perfectly with adobe flash programs ?

It works well with the Adobe Creative Suite.

When I use it to draw on my dell computer do I use the buttons as right click/ left click?

You can assign the two buttons to any key or click, but they default to left and right click.
