Its more like 13.85 be depends on where you take the exact measurement. Its made in Sweden so they use the metric system, hence its neither 14 nor 13.5.

Yes it does . I bought a leather holster for mine.. The holsters come in different sizes so just measure the end of the handle width and length.. Perfect carry all day..
