Is this product designed for african american hair? i mean no offense, but i buy some products and find them to be too oily, heavy for my hair. thanks

Hi- Thank you for your inquiry! Design Essentials products are formulated to address all hair types, textures, and conditions regardless of race. While some are heavy in moisture rich ingredients others are lighter while still infusing hydration! Our Rosemary & Mint Super Moisturizing Conditioner is designed for dry coarse textures that require intense moisture. Hope this helps!

Can I leave this on longer than 5 minutes, for a deep conditioner?

You can but this stuff like melts in your hair pretty quickly

Will this leave residue in my locs?

No, I have a friend who has locs and has used this and she has never complained about it leaving residue in her hair.

It says 11 oz but shows a picture of a 32 oz product. Which one is being offered?

No, the product being offered is a 11oz conditioner. It was 6 Oz earlier but the company has changed the packaging and quantity increasing it to11oz although the formula remains the same . The company also has an 32oz option but this is not what you will get if you order from here. From this listing you will get a 11oz package
