Excellent Foot Pain Relief
After months of pain my foot doctor recomended PowerStep for my metatarsalgia. The results were fantastic, I am now back to working out 5 days a week with minimal pain. I am able to easily move the insoles between multiple pairs of shoes and have allowed me have full days again. After a couple months of use they are still holding up strong.

Best inserts I have ever tried.
Relieved my foot pain better than any other insert I have tried. I have purchased these before and I bought these for my new shoes. They are very durable, the arch stays ridgid and the pad for the ball of my foot is comfortable. Well worth the price.

Much more durable than gel insoles
This is my third pair, each lasting about two years with much walking. They are durable and comfortable, and in my case true to size. My only complaint is that the metatarsal lift is towards the arch instead of towards the metatarsal bridge where I most need it. Thus the ball of my foot always wears a hole completely through the insole. I bought two pairs this time. When osteophyte bone spurs on the metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joints point toward the sole of the foot, they create localized high-pressure points. The "piercing" sensation occurs because these bony projections compress the sensitive soft tissues between the bone and the ground. Since the pain is not in the ball of the foot but rather in the joints where the toes meet the footโthe MTP jointsโthese spurs compress the very thin skin and soft tissue on the underside of the toe joints themselves. Most custom "metatarsal lifts" fail because they are built into the arch of the insert rather than extending forward to where the metatarsal bones actually meet the toes. If the lift is positioned far back (toward arch), it won't offload sharp bone spurs at the MTP joints; instead, it simply lifts the foot higher into the top of the shoe. Because the pain is specific to the joints rather than the ball of the foot, the lift needs to prevent those joints from bending or pressing into the sole. I've had custom made orthotics that also did not meet the need, and they were not so durable as these PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met. Even though the lift is too far towards the arch to provide the desired relief, the PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met insoles provide great comfort.

Good orthotics that help compensate my two different arch heights.
I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met womenโs size 8-8.5 during the Black Friday sales. Iโve never had to cut these to fit any of my shoes. I have bought these for several years now and decided to write my review why. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I had also ordered a pair of SUPERfeet and did a comparison. The hard plastic โstabilizer capsโ underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. After walking in one of each PowerStep and SUPERfeet around the neighborhood, there was a noticeable difference between the two orthotics. I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the highly rated SUPERfeet has a deeper slope down, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered that I have two different arch heights, which complicate things and always affect my walking comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the PowerSteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. Thatโs why they are my favorite, supportive and durable orthotic insoles. I highly recommend them.

Shoe inserts
These inserts were recommended by my physician to assist with ankle and knee pain. These inserts combined with weight loss have made a difference. I will continue to purchase. They are easy to insert and remove. Itโs helpful to have multiple sets to prevent changing from show to show. They are a good value for the money, durable, size is true, and are manufactured with quality

Life savers
Wish I could give these 10 stars! My feet were killing me. The ball would feel like it was on fire and the heel would hurt too. I bought these right before a 2 week Italian vacation that included miles of walking. I was amazed how well they worked. I will be buying a pair for every pair of walking shoes I own and my work boots.

Quality insole but not for my feet
Be very careful when you get inserts on the fly. I was trying to correct my own foot problems knowing that I have a lovely little Arch I decided to get these. They felt good the first two days after that I couldn't walk and I'm still having problems after a few weeks. I destroyed my arches and the tops of my feet. Not the fault of the companies though. I should have gone through a podiatrist and had them figure out what fit would be best for me. Not sure how long they would hold up but they seem to have been made very well just not for someone trying to get a shoe insert on their own without the help of a podiatrist.

No more pain
I have flat foot and do sports pretty frequently and intensely. I use it in my Nike shoes, removed the original soil of the shoe and replaced it with this product. Fits perfectly and so far I'm happy with the performance, I dont get feet soil pain anymore. Recommend using it.

Eases foot pain
These insoles are much more comfortable and effective than my custom-made orthotic insoles. They provide good cushioning to my heels and ease the pain I have felt daily in my feet. I will definitely buy them again and am thankful for this excellent product.

Didnโt work for me at all.
I would imagine these might be great if your issue is needing more support in the heal and arch but they did not help at all with my metatarsal pain. The pad is positioned too far back. The arch support is very pronounced. It caused me significant pain while walking. The heel support is also aggressive. It puts your foot in a forward slant. (Think high heeled shoe but not as drastic). The entire insert is also thick from the middle of the foot back. It puts you higher in the shoe which causes other issues.
