Simple and straight forward exercises, with the use of different weight dumbbel. I mounted the chart on the back of a thin piece of ply wood.

Looks ok but I’m not sure all of the exercises are named correctly. Fine for a display in my home gym.

They are ok for me aged 86 years.
I am now 86 so I use 2kg weights. I don't do all the exercises but probably 75% of them. They seem to keep me fit and well. I do them most days. Takes about 20 minutes
