Is there a way to order or select better quality fabric?

You would have to just order different onesies

How do these fit compared to Carter’s?

Onesies brand is Gerber, so they fit just a tad on the small size compared to Carters. My baby is currently 12 1/2 pounds and he fits 0-3 a bit tight and 3-6 a little loose. Carters I find tends to actually run a little large compared to their size charts. My baby is still solidly in the 0-3 for Carters.
