It works great when it's working
It works great when it's working. Sometimes I'd charge it for a couple hours and it wouldn't work. The charger is European and although it comes with an adapter it's very flimsy and wouldn't stay in place. The smell is the other thing that I didn't like. The filter comes with a cleaning/ deodorizing solution but the smell still lingered and was intensified when used. I hope they work out some of this stuff because it was great when it did work! I have ferrets and the poop is small enough that it got sucked up easily. I'll be looking out for future versions!

Needs better explanation on what's included
I can't tell you if it works or not... the cartridges DO NOT come with the vacuum, and is misrepresented in this image. Also, the charger is confusing. Needs better explanation on what's included, and better instructions on the charger/adapter

it has UK plug in and a terrible adapter. I had a difficult time just getting ...
Product is incomplete. It clearly shows in several photos that there are 2 "pet filters" included, however none ship with the vacuum, leaving the product unusable. Also, it has UK plug in and a terrible adapter. I had a difficult time just getting the product to take a charge. I will be returning the product.
