Awkward to use
This bag is very awkward. It is very deep and only unzips on top. You have to take everything out to get to the bottom layer. It does not roll well on carpet and is very noisy on tile. Horrible product. I will never buy any luggage offline ...
I purchased 2 of these, which was a huge mistake! These bags are very cheaply made and did not hold up at all. The wheels on the bottom of the bag are flimsy, cheap and do not work. We packed some blankets and pillows in the bag and it ripped. Horrible product. I will never buy any luggage offline again. Lesson learned

Great value - great sizing options!
Huge amount of space and love the ability to make it the size you need for whatever you're carrying. I actually 'stored' my computer tower in it during Hurricane Irma!

it would be cool if it had some sort of support in the ...
It fit my whole life when moving from the East to West coast. However, the wills definitely do not work when full. I literally dragged it everywhere. Also, it would be cool if it had some sort of support in the sides and bottom when used fully. Otherwise it did the job but definitely was charged oversized bag fees with American Airlines.

Bag is as picture. Love the designs on the bag. Can put a lot of items in this bag. The wheels work properly and is easy to pull. Ideal for tavelling on long trips and for students. Also very sturdy. Will buy another to make a set.
