Im looking for power, what is the psi and rpms?

It was about a year ago that I purchased this "in line blower" for an engine compartment, Mercruiser I/O. I don't know the specs of psi and rpms but it did move plenty of air in my estimation. But, it was TOO LOUD. Unacceptably loud. I returned it for refund.

Can i put it in the water

No definitely not to the full definition of waterproof but will withstand splash to the unit giving it a technical waterproof rating

Would this blower work for drawing fresh air into a compartment box? I am trying to find a fresh air source in a sealed generator box
