One scoop in 8oz - 10oz of milk and it’s strawberry milk flavored, 2 scoops and it tastes more like a protein powder… but still very good. Also, use milk. Honestly don’t need a blender at all, and I think it becomes too foamy with blender. Shaker cup approved. Superior taste with low carbs. My only issue is after I purchased I noticed the price went up $40USD, so hopefully that doesn’t change on my subscription.

I've tried many protein powders. Most of them I can't stomach because I don't have a high tolerance for fake sweetener taste and they're all hyper sweet. This is the first one that is not just tolerable but delicious. I mix it in a mason jar with 1/3 unsweetened almond milk and the rest water and it tastes like strawberry milk. I'd love to try the coffee flavor.
