Works as promised.
It rounds to the nearest .5 mils so it makes it really easy to calculate the film thickness differences.If you want more precise readings you can change to the micron measurement function. I like the price too

Very slow to register reading between measurements
Good size & price but too slow to register reading & excessive lag time, takes twice as long to check one car , it looks like cheaply made.

The paint meter arrived in perfect condition and has performed exceedingly well. This was well worth the price for this quality piece of equipment.

Very simple to use but could use a better fitting/quality case. I used it back to back with a much more expensive device and it was spot on.
