No it shouldn't and it doesn't.

Is this better for sunny days

As for my experience it traps a little bit of heat when you just apply, so it can be slightly uncomfortable for summer days. But after say 30 to 60 seconds it settles down and can be definitely worn on summer days with a sunscreen (for normal to dry skin).

Love this moisturizer!

This moisturizer is extremely non-greasy and has a great scent. It hydrates the skin just perfectly and I therefore also use it as a primer before doing my makeup. I also love its soft texture .The best part about all Joy products is that they are so budget friendly and give a good result.
