My heater 400 dual smart isn’t heating (new install)

Hello! The unit needs to be connected to WiFi and sync'd with the app. Once connected and sync'd, it should operate properly. If necessary, please contact us at 8002850355. Best regards, Amaze Heater

Does this unit have a built in thermostat, or a thermostat via the app?

Hello! The unit does not have a thermostat. Once linked to the app and on the wifi network, the app will allow the unit to be turned on or off from any location as well as creating timers via the app to have the unit turn itself on or off. Best regards, Amaze Heater

What is the minimum safe distance between unit and furniture?

Hello! We recommend at least 3-6 inches from the unit to any furniture. Best regards, Amaze Heater

My dual smart heater isn’t heating. The little red light went out and won't come back on by pressing the little button at the back. How do I fix this?

Please download ewelink app from the appstore or google store and link your smart unit to your phone so that you can control the on/off functions from your phone and also program the heater as per your needs. Please contact us by phone if you are having problems with this or if you do not have the wifi instructions.

Solid Radiant Heater, do your research and know what you are getting

I really do like this heater, but I think that this only works in certain environments.- the heater is radiant which means it needs some airflow (not much around it) and time to warm the room.- 400watt heater is the same as a fan based 1500watt heater for almost 4 hours. For this product- I like the heat shield as the heater itself is warm and I think the helps warm the room.- the attached wifi is super simple and a bit too many ads. A good feature is to turn it off only every night in case you leave it on.- as other reviews say, leave it on for a few days to off gas. i did it in my garage and it was fine.
