Reliable product
I already had purchased one pair at Rush Medical Center to try at the advice of my orthopedist because of arthritis and it worked well. I ordered the cut out version and it was the same product as I had bought before and the same quality so I am happy with my purchase and it was a lot cheaper buying it in quantity. I am using them in shoes I only wear occasionally as I am having orthotic insoles made for my everyday New Balance. I will definitely need replacements as they do flatten out with wear.
