ESTWING Sure Strike Drilling/Crack Hammer, 2lb Hand Sledge, MRF2LB

I picked up the Estwing 3lb Drilling Hammer specifically to help me with a NorCal mod, and it turned out to be the perfect tool for the job. This hammer is compact, but it packs a serious punch. I’ve used this for several jobs around my properties and it has been excellent. Good weight, comfortable grip, and enough heft to do the job without feeling cumbersome. It feels extremely solid and well made. Exactly what I wanted from a basic tool I expect to keep for years.

I use this mostly for landscaping work. Pounding stakes and assorted other tasks. The grip is great, the weight is perfect and has held up to solid abuse. A little bit more then the cookie cutter ones but I truly believe the extra couple bucks is worth it if you plan to use it regularly.

I bought this thing years ago and I still have it and it still works well. This is a workhorse of a hammer and has survived many demolition jobs. Hammer hits like a truck and the handle has withstood many accidental hits to framing and concrete alike. If it ever breaks, I’ll just buy another one of the same exact hammer cause I like it.

Swings well, able to really bang the tar out stuff I hit with it. My boss saw it and gave me a raise and the hottest girl in town wants to date me now. It’s a life changer. Only drawback is it isn’t great for pulling nails but still gets 5 stars.

This hand sledge is solid, it has a good grip and good impact surface. It is well made and so far has worked great to hammer wood wedges and spikes.

I needed a small power house of a hammer for auto repair when space is always fighting against you. This little Eastwing 3lb sludge was exactly what the dr (or shall we say mechanic) ordered :) Perfect balance of heavy duty and compact sizing for my needs. I wish they had a 5lb version as well. Buy one you won't regret it and ignore the whiny review about the finish scruff. When you hit sharp steel it tends to damage things.....
