Amount of protein from 3 egg whites is the same as that from one bar. Any reason in particular why I should pay higher and choose these bars instead?

These bars are not worth it. Total waste of money.

What to do if i received expired product?

Return it. Complain to Amazon customer care.

Is this good for heart disease??

It good for digestion and has whey protein that can actually help lower cholesterol and help prevent diabetes and heart disease

Are the whole truth bars baked ? I am just asking from sterilization angle.

Whatever they were, they were not good.
