Works very well. Don't just pour and leave though.
I do a lot of hobby car work in my carport, esp. on older cars, which means an accumulation of really nasty oil and grease stains of various kinds. Using typical cleaning products to try to clean this up generally doesn't work all that well, and tends instead to spread the oil and grease, and their stains, without really looking like you've done much to remove them. This stuff is different. First of all, it takes way less time than trying to clean concrete with other common cleaners. You also end up a lot less dirty at the endโthere's no splashing, no treading in greasy liquids, etc. There's basically just light-colored powder that's easy to brush off of anything it gets on. Most importantly, it has done a better job of actually cleaning the dark, grimy-looking staining out of the concrete than anything else I've tried so far, and the best part is that there's no mess and no oil and detergent being sprayed off into the lawn or into the drain system. Instead, you just sweep it up. It seems to stay powder-like and light in color, even after having been used on fairly thick and viscous layers of grease. It sort of just magically digests them away. One key point that I've learned as I've used it over the last few weeksโyou don't want to just sprinkle it on and then leave it there. I did that for the first couple of weeks and didn't notice much of a difference. Things really took off when I began *sweeping it around* every day. Just about 30 seconds each time with a broom across my entire carport floor. Back, forth, here, there, just manipulate it enough so that this stuff gets all rearranged on the surface. Once I did that, it was only about a week before most of the staining was entirely gone and the concrete is about 10 shades brighter than it used to be. Then, once you're satisfied with where you are, you can just sweep it all up. I have no idea if this can be reused, but it's still in dry powder form after having taken a 1/8" layer of junk off the floor in some places, so I've saved it in a coffee can and we'll see what happens when I have more stains I need to clean up.

1 Application and my driveway looks so much better
I sprinkled it on the oil stains and used a pushbroom to spread it. You could see the oil being picked up because the dust kept getting darker. Great product.

Seems to work, yes it takes a lot of time, and also tends to 'coagulate'
Working on an exceptionally heavy oil and grease spot. Work is still in progress. One shortcoming, such as it is, is that the powder is almost exactly the color of concrete, a steel grey. That's nice in that it hides the spot while it's being worked on - but - well, it hides the damage you're trying to correct, making it hard to tell how well it's progressing. It also tends to turn into a sort of semi-solid crust over time. Couldn't brush it off, so had to resort to a fairly high pressure spray from a garden hose. Took a lot of work to get it to flake and peel off under pressure. Finally got the majority off - and yes, the stain is about 65% to 70% reduced, but still there, and still needs work. Which again, isn't in itself a criticism of how well it works, as we know that it will take time for the bacteria to digest the hydrocarbons - you can't hurry love, or something like that. The problem is that had I not realized it had created that 'crust', I'd have thought it had cleaned up the stain almost completely. At least, that's what someone else thought when they saw it. Again - great that it's hidden, frustrating that it makes it hard to monitor the progress. Overall though - if you are patient and not in a hurry to resolve the problem, this is an environmentally friendly alternative to using a bunch of honkin' bad solvents and chemicals to clean it up, which inevitably make it down the driveway, into the gutter, down the sewer, and into waterways.

Does NOT remove stains. Only covers them.
Product works to cover up dried oil stains as a fine powder. It does not remove them. It does not cover up freshly spilled oil.

Quicker Picker Upper
This cleaner works great and fast. It cleaned up an oil leak from the car, also marks on the sidewalk from a service company. It's easy to use too.

Amazingly effective! Don't waste time using anything else.
I never write reviews, but I am so amazed by this product I wanted everyone to know! My VW left LOTS of oil spots on my driveway and something had to be done to get the HOA off my back. I thought it would be impossible. I researched and tried Orange Titan first. It did okay, but I still saw spots. I tried TSP on another section, same. These two took LOTS of elbow grease and sweat. I was very hesitant to buy EXIMO because some of the reviews were negative and said it didn't work. I took a chance and bought the smallest amount hoping that I was not wasting money. I also had a suspicion that the positive reviews were planted by the company. So, I used Eximo as a skeptic, and here is what happened: It worked! I could not believe it. I actually SAW the oil coming up out of the cement. This is oil that has been there for years! Some reviewers said that it just covered up their spots, but this oil is coming up. In fact, when I was done putting Eximo on the spots, the rest of the driveway looked terrible in comparison, so I went ahead and did the whole driveway. I still have half of a package left because it does not take much. When my husband came home and saw the drive he thought I had sanded it down? He was amazed at the difference. So, even if this product were only covering up the spots, I would probably still buy it and keep reapplying because it makes the driveway look almost new.

Terrible - Does Not Work
I own a building in Lancaster, Texas, with three 70' x 70' airplane hangars which I rent out. The tenants put airplanes in there which leak oil and stain the unsealed concrete floor, which used to be beautiful. In September 2021, a tenant moved out. I swept the floor, then washed it really well. I bought Eximo and spread it on many of the oil stains (no standing oil), dry in some areas, and wet as a paste in others. I went back a week or two later and scrubbed it again as it says to do (not a one-time application), and again another week or two later, and again. Then I went away for 2 months, came back in January 2022, scrubbed, went away for 2 months, came back. The attached photo shows what my floor looked like July 16, 2022, after Eximo was on an oil stained concrete area for 9 months. No improvement at all. It says "No need to sweep up or wash off." The attached photo shows what it will look like if you don't sweep it up - you will have a messy pile of Eximo sand, which will blow all over your floor. It doesn't go away. Then it was hard to wash the Eximo off the floor as it stuck in small muddy clumps to the concrete. This felt like a scam - makes hydro carbons magically disappear. Not in 9 months of direct contact. Photos don't lie, and attached is my experience. A huge cost of money and most of all time for no change. Don't waste your money, or your time. I don't know what does work.
