Would this stick to a classroom wall (think cinder block)?

Yes. I use it on stucco, cinder block, and brick

Would this stick to a classroom wall (think cinder block)?

Yes I decorated my brick wall for Halloween and it is the only thing that sticks to it.

No. Doesn’t stretch. I use this tape to label stuff at the restaurant. Sticks to most everything.

Wanting to use this in my classroom with cinder block walls. Will the tape peel paint when I remove it?

I use it on paint and stain every day and have never had any issue with it peeling it off
