Works well and easy to use

We bought the Neo Ice Crusher Slush Machine for family get-togethers and BBQs, and it has been a great addition. It's easy to set up and produces smooth, refreshing slush drinks in a short amount of time.The black and copper finish looks stylish on the worktop, and it's straightforward to clean after use. It has been a real hit with both the children and adults, especially during the warmer weather.If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a few more recipe ideas in the instructions, but overall it represents excellent value for money.I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable slush machine for home use.

It does the job but not on a big scale

It is always best to shop around Amazon to check & read the reviews when it comes to buying one of these Ice Chrushing/Slush Puppy machines.Okay it is a bit noisy like the other Slushy machines, but it's a good buy and it was out of all the cheap ones that got 5 Stars. As long as you don't overload the machine and don't put in Ice cubes that are stuck together, it should last you a good while. Not for one for kids who want slushies all the time.Good for cocktails and mix drinks. Additional: our machine had developed a fault, due to no fault of ours. After contacting NEO they very kindly replaced our faulty one with a brand new one. Full top marks to NEO. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

this does indeed crush ice, but the two setting do not make much of a difference; it is the same size of chips either way. I was hoping for some large pieces and finer slush, but no. both are a slush.

Absolutely amazing 👏Evri did mess up with the tracking abit BUT that is not down to NEO.The machine itself is brilliant, either corse or fine ice, easy to clean and looks lovely in my kitchen 😀Customer service were lovely when I updated them about delivery too.5*

Does not do the job, the machine doesn’t make any slush and it’s a bit dangerous as the parts separate easily and keep getting the ice cube stuck and your hands needs contact with the blade to sort this out. Return it to the seller but am having problems to get my refund.

Das Gerät hat keinen Aus- und Einschalter. Weiterhin hat es einen Wackelkontakt. Mal funktioniert es und mal nicht. Der Rücksendeantrag wurde zwar angenommen und ein Rücksendetikett erstellt, aber man muss es auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland schicken. Service sieht für mich anders aus. Bin total enttäuscht.
