Yes you can.. you are able to use this skimmer in sump, that will increase the your aquarium volume option up to 150gal.

Can I use this skimmer with a 110volt power source?

Yes. It has a standard (American) three-prong 120V plug.

Does this fit in a bio cube 32 with hood?

I can't remember how high/low the water is in the bio cube. I don't recommend this skimmer. Because of the way it was designed, it vibrates and creates a noticeable hum. Also, I tried so many things and it doesn't seem to work that well anyway. At first it seemed like it did but after the initial skimming, not much. Ive adjusted it, cleaned it, and all kinds of things.
