This works really well, but what I like about this particular brand, is that it's chewable so it's easy to break into smaller pieces. 5mg is a lot for me so I break it in half or less. And of course it's vegan, which is a requirement for me. Update 1/15/2019: Wednesday night I forgot to take melatonin when I went to bed. Had a fitful sleep with nightmare after nightmare. Woke up groggy and out of sorts. Weighed myself and was 1.2 pound heavier than the day before! So Thursday night I took a “double dose” for good measure and listened to native flute music. Slept peacefully, woke up refreshed and cheerful. Weighed 2.0 pounds LESS than the day before! Update: One day I ran out and my subscribe and save was not due for another week so I picked up a bottle of tablets from the supermarket. It didn’t do very much for me at all! I don’t know if it’s because it was a tablet and was destroyed in the digestive tract, or because of the brand, or both. I’m now reconsidering getting other supplements in chewable and liquid or spray form for better absorption.

This melatonin works well. The mint flavor is nice.

This stuff works really well. Slightly less than half a pill is enough for me to fall asleep anytime of day. However it leaves me drowsy for a couple days afterwards, hence I deducted a star. It's no worse than diphenhydramine HCL (Benadryl) which I used before though. Also really like the taste and the fact that it's just like eating a mint. Don't have to get up to get water.

Great Mint flavor is great at bedtime, in case I forget to take it until after I brush my teeth. Works well. I took 2 and slept through the night, instead of waking up a few hours later. It’s vegan! Easy to chew.

I was very hesitant to use a product like this. However, there are some nights that I just can't sleep at all. I've used this product three times (when I could not sleep at all). It worked perfectly and for me, I'm able to fall asleep in just a few minutes. I don't use it every day, only when needed so I'm not sure of what the long term effects of it would be on a sleep cycle.

I've tried many different types of melatonin. I have been taking this for over a year now. It works so good! I don't wake in the middle of the night or wake up feeling groggy! Will not use any other melatonin. I h ave it on auto ship.

I struggle with sleep so it has always been important for me to take something natural verses a prescription. Even as a child often "fought my sleep" as my parents would say. I can say for the past 2 years I have taken these melatonin and they are absolutely great!! P.S. a quick purchase hack, try them out but auto subscribe so you can save even more money! If you're not satisfied (which I'm confident you will be) you can easily cancel your auto subscribe!

Received 3 bottles of Doctor's Best Melatonin, 5mg, 120ct today@May 2,2024. Bought extra bottles as spare, however, items received with expiry date is very closed as per picture VH767 OCT 2024. I need to throw away 1 to 2 bottles when expired.

Must for those who look forward for sound sleep

It works. I tried now brand 10 mg but that does work for me. I dont trust Indian melatonin brands though. This the best melatonin brand of USA
