The product itself is awesome. It warms up my grips in about 5 minutes and has a very easy to use, easy to read power level. The installation was fairly easy except for drilling the hole to run the wire. That was time consuming and a pain in the rear. The direction was suffifcent and easy to follow. I love the product and, if in the future, I change my grips.. the heating system is still there!

Working perfectly. Collar doesn't match up exactly (2008 HD Road Glide with TBW), but it works. Love them, heated grips are better than heated gloves, IMO.

The install went mostly smoothly, although the provided wire connectors didn't work for me. After installing into the bars, I test connected to power and got nothing -- redid the connections with solder and heat shrink instead of the telcom style smash connectors the kit came with, and the heater system works like a champ. So far I've ridden a few hours in weather that would normally turn my fingers yellow and numb, and these make a world of difference. This winter unless there's ice on the road I'll keep riding!

The controls don’t match the design of the HD handlebar clamps, so I returned them. Never installed.

Junk product do not buy fell apart on installation had to fully disassemble and return part for refund pain in the ass do not buy!! Part is no longer manufactured so you can't get replacement parts!
