Ruqiji 17''x33'' XXXL King Size Heating Pad with 10 Temperature Settings, Pain Relief for Back/Neck/Shoulders/Menstrual Pain/Leg Cramp(Dark Teal)

I bought this before I knew i needed a major surgery. It was the best purchase ever. I have to say, it is not as big as the main photo seems to indicate (read the measurements though, theyre correct). It is big enough to outt perform most heating pads i could find locally. This has way more temperature options than my previous one, bought from a drug store and it helped so much. It is thick and has help up great even though ive used it for months (almost a year) and i took it to and from work many days too, to try to avoid missing work from abdominal pain. If you want a great heating pad that works well and looks nice, this is a great purchase.

I like this heating pad because of the contour with the neck and shoulders and softness that makes it comfortable to wear. It's flexible and folds nicely, and I really like that I can disconnect the power cord, making it even easier to store, although it can be a little difficult to disconnect but they don't want to make it too easy to remove, so I understand, No point off for that, just an FYI. So far I think it gets hot enough for me wearing a t-shirt and the timer works as expected. Still not sure how much pain relief this is going to give me for a pinched nerve in my neck but everyone's pain is a little different and so are the remedies, so for this I can't make a claim on pain relief for anyone else. The one thing I did give this one star off for is the button that supposed to keep the two sides together. It's difficult to snap them together and so close to my face I can't see where exactly to snap. Plus it's already come unbuttoned without me wanting it to. All of these kind of heating pads I've seen have the same button, in the same place so you really don't have a choice here but someone should improve on it.Plastic was a good choice for the buttong though. Metal would not have been a good idea.

Junk-worked 5 times then quit working

I just got this today and I’ve already used it a couple different times. It is wonderful. I run cold so it’s kind of fun just to cuddle with it or put it behind my back or put it on my lap, but I bought it from my neck having had surgery on it. I still have some post surgery pain and it really does help and the weight of it is great. It’s easy to control the controls I have been using those rice things at your microwave. They just don’t last long enough.

Great heat pad. It’s extra big has several sittings for heat and timer.

Nice fluffy covering. Heats up nicely, including the neck area. Many different settings available. I took off one star because it would not turn on for my first several attempts. I was about to return it and then eventually it did turn on. I still find this unsettling. It has been working for the two separate days. I used it.
