Does the Elite personal single serve coffee maker have an automatic shut off?

Hello, The coffee maker will shut off automatically, once it is done brewing.

can I get an extra mug if I order ?

You can order a similar insulated metal cup, by adding it to your order (Amazon sells it): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075F8VWCT/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1p13NParams&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExTzBNTVM5N1hDRUNEJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDIxNTc4MTZaUVhMNTRVMERMMCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwOTczMTc2MzdKTUJFVU84NkJDTiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2RldGFpbDImYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl

Can you buy a second cup for this machine? Or can any 14oz cup work?

Any cup will work as long as it’s the same height or shorter.

Has anyone found a stainless steel thermal mug the same size as the one with the coffee maker? I need two.

Yes about one month after buying the coffee maker my mug became everybody's favorite travel container so I had to order another one through Amazon even though it wasn't the same brand but they make one similar to that one
