The boxing glove punching hand broke, can I buy a replacement or is there a warranty?

Hello Thank you for reaching out :) could we please ask you to contact our customer service on info@moosetoys.com. One of our colleagues in the team will be happy to help with your inquiry. Kind regards Moose Toys

The remote isn’t working what do we do?

I would make sure there are no issues with the batteries on the remote or robot and if not contact customer service. My son has never had this issue before.

How do you remove the water tank to refill it?

There is a little refillable tank that comes off the robot. That’s how you add the water.
