Arrived on time, beautiful vibrant colors. As fresh as one would hope for a special occasion. Bouquet was large and impressive and arranged perfectly for Mother’s Day. Last 2 weeks before wilting.

After being burned several times with online floral delivery companies that use local florists and allow 'substitutions' I had pretty much given up on using online flower deliveries. notably a 3-letter abbreviated company allowing a 50$ rose bouquet substitution of 50$ worth of carnations and lillies because the local florist had 'run out of roses' in the middle of January. Both calling said company and being denied any help and complaining directly to the florist involved (hometown flowershop that I had already decided to try not to use over similar nonsense in the past!!) I had told myself -nope. If I can't pick the flowers myself from a display case, I just won't buy any. Then, of course, valentines rolls around and my widowed mother expresses sadness that she never gets roses anymore and here I am overseas almost a full 24 hour time zone removed - with only days to go until the big day. Yikes, right? So I scrapped my other gift plans, intending to pay out the nose for the aforementioned delivery company to go through my hometown florist who would undoubtedly use that larger company's atrocious substitution policy to pawn off whatever stock they wanted to move by claiming roses were 'out of stock'. Instead at the 11th hour a friend mentioned to look on Amazon. Lo and behold... of course I was anxious, I figured my mom would get crappy flowers, but at least I knew they'd be crappy roses, right? Wrong. They were amazing roses, arriving as tight buds that slowly bloomed over the course of the week and lasted my mother almost 2 weeks from delivery to when she gave up on them. Granted, mom is religious about trimming stems and changing water, but the flowers were gorgeous and truly seemed like a higher quality than anything we'd gotten from our local florist or the other online delivery company. I'll happily order flowers this way again - just wish they had a few more options on colors and sizes.

I ordered this flower arrangement for my Mom for Mother’s Day, hoping to surprise her with a beautiful display of vibrant blooms. However, what arrived fell far short of my expectations. Instead of the carefully arranged bouquet that was advertised, the flowers were haphazardly thrown into a vase without any semblance of design or care. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail, especially for a gift meant to convey love and appreciation. The quality of the flowers themselves was also disappointing. Some were wilted, while others were already beginning to brown at the edges, giving the impression that they had been sitting around for far too long before being hastily assembled. As someone who values the importance of meaningful gestures, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. Not only did it fail to live up to the expectations set by the advertisement, but it also fell short of the standard of quality and care that I would expect from a florist. In the future, I hope that the company will take greater care in fulfilling orders and ensure that each arrangement is crafted with the same level of attention and thoughtfulness that customers expect and deserve.

Honestly, these were pricey for what they were BUT I am the one who waited until the last minute to order flowers to send to my grandma for Mother's Day and my options were limited. They arrived quickly and on time. The blooms were in excellent condition. The colors were beautiful. This particular arrangement would not have been my first choice had I not waited until the last minute but it was a nice size bouquet of beautiful roses that both surprised my grandma and made her happy. And they arrived on time, in excellent condition. What more could you really ask for?

I’m sure these were gorgeous before UPS got their hands on it! The delivery guy put it at my doorstep, didn’t knock or ring the doorbell! I know this because I have a camera at my front door! I reviewed the clip. I was coming down the stairs when he was at the door. I walked to the kitchen and turned around I went outside because one dog barked. The box was mangled, one rose had its bloom broken. Some were a little smushed. I’m glad I happened to open the door! Usually all three bark and I know they’re serious. Otherwise the flowers would have sat there for hours! He was also supposed to pick up a return. That I now have to figure out how to get it to a drop off and I’m disabled. Not happy with UPS AT ALL!

Flowers are beautiful! Was a little hesitant as I’ve never used Amazon for flowers. This bouquet is very nice and quality. My sister loved them and really felt special after a surgery she had. One dozen fresh flowers in a vase, she just had to cut stems and put water in. Delivered in great condition and Opened up the next day. Really nice!

The vase was beautiful the flowers didn’t look as I thought they would they didn’t come looking fresh. They have brown places on them.
