PowerBar Harvest Energy Bars, Toffee Chocolate Chip, 2.29-Ounce Bars (Pack of 15)

Seems like the only place I can find these are single service at the convenience store for $2.29 a pop. Grocery stores don't carry them, at least not in my area. Happy to be able to get these and at a decent price. They are great for a breakfast replacement or even an afterworkout bar. Good amount of protein and they taste great.

Ever since they discontinued my favorite Kashi breakfast bars, I've been looking for a suitable substitute. Although I haven't found anything quite as complete and cost effective as what I was buying, these are a close second. I'm not a morning person and often don't leave time to eat breakfast. These have enough protein and fiber to satisfy me for several hours until lunch time (but might not for a large man) and I can't get too cranky about paying less than $1.50 for a meal (using subscribe&save). This flavor is tasty and there are several other flavors I can rotate to decrease boredom.

This bar works for me - I have it every weekday morning at the office with my first cup of coffee. The protein bar keeps me satisfied until lunch. At 250 calories, a good way to start the day.

Bought these as part of a "buy two boxes, get a $10 gift certificate" deal. Bought it in April, still haven't received the gift cert. Anyways, back to the bars. They're ok. Not my first (or second) choices, but they were part of the promotion and since I eat power bars all the time anyways, I just bought them. I'd get a tastier flavor if they were available.

Good product though a bit sweet. It gives me the energy that I need for a quick snack. I will try different flavors though. So far I've had the double chocolate crisp and the chocolate toffee flavors and I would buy them each again.

This was a gift for my health addict brother and he loved them. He said they were very tasty, gave him lots of energy and would definitely buy them again.

This is the best breakfast bar I've found. The flavor is delicious and it is filling. The only thing that could be improved is to lower the calory count a little (250); but if they did that, I guess it might not taste as good or keep you full. Ordering from this source is a good choice, too, as the bars were very fresh. (I ordered them from another source once & they were extremely stale but cost just as much.)
