Not working properly, one of the switches is not controllable?

Please check if you have a capacitor connected to the lamp head.

Do not operate it when there is electricity. The panel needs to be covered before power is applied. Otherwise the contact may be poor.

Never goes in pairing mode

Re-pairing: Press and hold one of the switches and when it flashes, press the other switch.

Buttons not working/glass panel won't fit over the iron centre panel?

Please check that the iron centre plate is correctly oriented (installation instructions are provided in the manual).
