Gundry MD Vital Reds Concentrated Polyphenols Supplement, 30 Servings

UPDATE a month later: STILL 5 stars... one morning instead of a shake, i sprinkled the powder into my coffee. I stirred to be sure it melted thoroughly. First time it was very sweet, but each day thereafter i have enjoyed my coffee with Vital. My energy is still up & down; but that could be attributed to the extremely high humidity and heat. I will continue to drink mine in my morning first cup of coffee. I have even lost 8 pounds which is nearly impossible for me. THIS IS PART 1: I just received this on July 1, 2018, today. Based on other reviews stating it was gritty, i used my nutribullet to mix in my almond milk with ice. Oh my, this tastes so good. I will call me back to add info as i notice any changes. If this helps my energy as advertised and if it helps me to lise weight as advertised, i will definitely reorder. I have NEVER had success with losing weight using any controlled program. In fact i gained weight. Dont know if Sjogrens Syndrome is why but it is true. I cannot take weight loss shots and pills altho i did at age 16. So you can sense my anticipation. I entered the date so you can track my personal progress too. BTW, i am not an affiliate of Gundry. I am very well over 40 and tired of being tired. Mire to come in a couple weeks. I an starting with 5 stars due to awesome taste.

So far, after a few drinks, it’s ok. I have not experienced any negative issues as some have mentioned. However, no major positive either, lol. May need more time to build up in my system. I may follow up with a review later once I have taken more doses. I mix it with milk (Lactaid) once a day and the taste is ok. Wish it was a bit cheaper though.

My husband has been using this product for years. He swears by it and loves it. It definitely gives a berry taste, smells wonderful. It is watered down even with a scoop and a half. His skin becomes very smooth and clear which he appreciates very much.

Has a good taste and helps my wife feel better.Has no problem with digestion so it appears to have quality ingredients.Have not noticed any weight loss as of yet.

I purchased this product after listening to Dr. Gundry's video. I liked what he said and figured it was worth a try. It tastes pretty good and dissolves well. I take it with just water but it also tastes good with orange juice. I started taking it 5 months ago and have seen no improvement to the scale or my waist line since then. For the first 3 months I took it twice a day, since then I have taken it once a day as directed. My plan was to take it for 6 months to give it time to work. For the price I was extremely disappointed in the results. I have another 2 months worth and plan to finish them out.

DOES IT WORK ? IS IT A MIRICLE ? MY OPINION IS THAT I FELT SOMETHING THE EVENING OF THE FIRST DOSAGE. THE NEXT MORNING I AWOKE AT SUNRISE ! NORMALLY I LAVISH IN SLUMBER TILL 10AM. THIS WAS A WOW MOMENT, I TRIED TO CONTINUE SLEEP, BUT, I WAS WIDE AWAKE. THAT DAY I BUSIED MY SELF TO REMOVE THE WELL PUMP TO REPAIR THE LEAKAGE. I HAD MORE ENERGY THAN I'D FELT IN MANY YRS. IT IS NOW ALMOST A FULL WEEK AND I FEEL THE SAME WAY. I AM 69 YRS OLD AND IN THE LAST FOUR YRS I HAD SUFFERED FROM ;ACHLASIA, RETINA VASCULITUS, OSTIOPOROSIS, HEART ATACK, AND A BROKEN HIP WHEN THE HEART ATACK PUT ME DOWN. WITH THE ACKLASIA I LOST 110 LBS IN A SHORT TIME, COULDN'T EVEN SWALLOW WATER ! I WAS WEEK AS A KITTEN AND ALMOST DEAD ! I FEEL MORE ALIVE NOW THAN I HAVE IN MANY YRS. You know all of these infomercials are the same. You have to listen to this speech which includes all their accolades and the same sales pitch of buy now while products last. If you purchase one, you're encouraged to buy 3, then 6. Why should I buy 6 of a product that may not work or make symptoms worse. I couldn't tell any difference in taking product and since I received an email asking how I liked the product I responded and this was her response: Increase your daily water intake. - Reduce sugar as much as possible. - Avoid processed foods. - Avoid bread as much as possible. - Add raw vegetables to your diet such as asparagus, garlic, dandelion greens, chicory root, artichokes, and onions. These vegetables contain natural prebiotics, which can greatly improve the effectiveness of your supplements. - Use natural zero-calorie sweeteners such as Stevia or Monk Fruit Extract. Locally sourced, raw honey can also be used in heavy moderation. I wish you the best with your product! I think if we all did this we wouldn't need supplements to start with. However, now I realize there's not a one size fits all product and some of their ingredients may not agree with you like I have a sensitivity to stevia and these doctors load them up with it. I would prefer to sweeten my drinks to my taste.
