Does anyone know the ratio of munk fruit and erthritol used in this product?

Food labels are listed with the highest percentage ingredients first. Since the first ingredient is erythritol and the second is monkfruit, that means the product is more than 50% erythritol. Beyond that, it is hard to say. It could be 51/49 or 99/1.

Is this product comparable to brown sugar in recipes?

This one isn't, but there is a "Golden" version of Monkfruit that is comparable to brown sugar. This is would be comparable to plain white sugar.

Does this product have a cooling effect in the mouth?

It's more of a warming sensation. Almost spicy if you use a lot.

Is the fruit sprayed with pesticides?

No pesticides. Per Lakanto website -- "Each fruit is pollinated, grown and harvested by hand, without pesticides, using the same traditional methods they have been using for centuries. A sugar substitute that’s worth the money with no aftertaste

Always buy this brand of monk fruit. Some of them have an artificial aftertaste.. this particular brand does not. I even cook with it when I need sugar ..it’s worth the money! It’s less expensive than at the grocery store. It dissolves quickly and I feel like it’s healthier than regular sugar.

This is THE BEST sugar replacement. It tastes exactly like sugar and has none or the after taste of fake sweeteners. The packaging of this size was a stuffer plastic and it ripped in transit, I poured it into a gallon ziploc bag. So not a big deal, but worth it.
