We live by this product and have been using it the past year. My toddler has had eczema on only his cheeks since infancy. I couldn’t find a product that worked until I found this on Amazon. Since we’ve been using it his cheeks have since cleared. He’s 2 now and we continue to order it when we run out. I usually put it on his cheeks after baths and to protect them when we leave the home, I’d wipe down his face and apply on his cheeks. We don’t need it for eczema as we used to, but I love how it keeps his skin protected and how gentle it is. We will continue to use this for our baby on the way as well!

By far the best thing we’ve tried. I usually stick to natural remedies, but I reached a point where I was willing to try anything to help my son’s face.He had what looked like a drool rash or maybe eczema around his mouth—it would come and go, but always seemed worse after school. It solved an issue that even a doctor couldn’t fully identify.I do think there’s still a bit of eczema underneath, because if we stop using it for about a week, it starts to come back slightly. I also had a small, stubborn rash on my own face that wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried—and this cleared it up for me too.It’s a natural product and works incredibly well. The craziest part? My son usually hates having anything put on his face, but he loves this. He says it feels so good and even wants to apply it himself—which is unheard of for our seven-year-old.If you try it, I recommend applying it to a clean face before bed and letting it work overnight without touching it. You can also use it in the morning as a barrier cream.I don’t usually write reviews, but this one truly deserves it. I bought the Era Organics Healing Ointment for my new baby, but I ended up trying it on my older son too since he struggles with eczema. I really don’t like having to rely on steroid creams all the time, so I wanted something gentle and more natural to keep in our routine.After just two days of applying it morning and night, I could already see a difference, especially behind his legs where he gets flare-ups the most. It helped calm the area down and made his skin look and feel much better.The texture feels like a thick paste, but it spreads easily and a little goes a long way. It also doesn’t have an overpowering smell, which I really appreciate.It worked so well that I just bought the bigger size. Definitely a must-have for eczema-prone skin!

This ointment has helped with my 10 month olds eczema. It’s thick but spreadable which I love. I apply it as much as needed to keep her moisturized. It has natural ingredients like chamomile, castor oil, avocado oil, vitamin E oil, etc and good for sensitive skin.

I originally purchased this ointment for my newborn, to help with baby acne. I have been using it on her for the most part twice a day. Once in the morning after I wash her face and then again when I’m settling her down for bed at night. It works in my opinion when I use it on her twice a day. I can see results within 2 to 3 days. But if I miss a day, her baby acne is back. I’ve also used it on my 81 year-old grandmother. She had a reaction to something on her neck and her skin was almost raw. It did not work as fast as it does on my baby. For my grandmother, it took maybe about a week of putting it on at least once a day. I love the consistency. I wish it didn’t cost as much so I only use a little bit. But overall, it works well. I would love to try out their other products.

Bought 3 of these for my newborn's, toddler's and my eczema. Was really hoping it'd help. It actually seemed OK for my eczema and my toddler's in the beginning, but it dried out my newborn's skin and it didn't help his cradle cap. Lately I've been using it and it has been irritating to my skin.I like that this is a family owned company and that they use good, clean, organic ingredients, but unfortunately the balm is not that healing for us. It may work on your skin, though, since everyone's skin is different. I have also been using crushed garlic soaked in hot water with a chamomile or red raspberry leaf tea bag and apply that water (when cooled) to my baby's head.

I've been getting this for all the moms in my life and they all tell me it helps with their babies diaper rashes and other skin issues really well I keep buying it for them!

This is a miracle ointment! My now 6 month old daughter's eczema was getting worse, and no matter what I tried it didnt help. Finally I saw this and decided to give it a try. By the 2nd application her skin improved substantially. Im so greatful for a product that actually works. :)
