AccuBow 2.0
Way Better Than I Expected! I wasn’t sure what to expect with the AccuBow 2.0, but honestly, this thing is awesome. It feels really solid and realistic, and I love that I can practice anywhere without needing a range or arrows. The adjustable resistance makes a big difference, you can go light to work on form or crank it up for a real workout. The app is actually pretty fun too. There are all kinds of training games and challenges that keep it from getting boring. I’ve caught myself playing around with it way longer than I planned a few times. It folds up easily and doesn’t take up much space, which is nice. If I had to nitpick, the app could be a little smoother, but it’s still super usable. Overall, this is a great training tool and just a fun way to stay sharp. Definitely worth it if you shoot or just want to build up your draw strength!

Game-Changer for Archery Training!
I've been using the AccuBow 2.0 Carbon Fiber for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about it. As an avid archer who doesn’t always have time to get out to the range, this tool has completely transformed the way I train. The build quality is top-notch—the carbon fiber design makes it incredibly lightweight yet super durable. The adjustable resistance is a huge plus, allowing me to customize the tension to simulate different draw weights, whether I’m working on strength training or practicing form. The real standout feature, though, is the compatibility with the AccuBow app and phone mount. Paired with the virtual archery games and training programs, it adds a whole new layer of fun and functionality to practice sessions. It’s quiet, portable, and effective—perfect for indoor use, travel, or even warming up before a shoot. My draw stability and muscle endurance have noticeably improved since incorporating it into my routine. Highly recommend for anyone from beginner to seasoned bowhunter. This is hands-down one of the best investments I’ve made in my archery journey.

One Star Due to Shipping Issues (see below)
TL/DR: I feel a bit bad rating this 1 Star; the product does mostly what It claims to do, but Amazon ships this broken (both times the phone mount was broken, the first time the bottom ltch also broke). So, when I first recieved the item, I downloaded the app and tried it out. The app's accuracy was questionable at best. This may be due to my phone, may be due to me being out of practice (though you'd think a deer 5-10 ft away you'd not shoot 3 feet over it), or due to the broken phone mount post. It uses sound and the phone's accelerometers to determine the shot location. I imagine the broken phone post on the phone mount allows for more motion than intnded, and may also add some extra noise that the app picks up, both contributing to the app misreading the shot. So I can't fully rate the app itself, due to the damage. When I realized the post was snapped off at the base, I contacted Amazon. They wanted me to just send it back and they'd ship a new one. Okay, fine, sounds great. When I at least explored the poundage adjustments, I noticed that the latch on the bottom was half broken; when I folded and reopened the bow, the latch fully broke when trying to lock the bow open. I figured this may have been due to whatever abuse the bow took when shipped (shipped in a box far too large for it, and was barely packed with some paper tpo protect it, it coming on a piece of cardboard intended to hang in a sporting good's store. The reship arrived today. Same large box with some paper, but this time it had a smaller cardboard box from accubow (not intended for display). Opened that and... post borken in same location. Contacted the company, as I fear that Amazon will only have me engaged in an endless 'ship us back the bow, and we'll ship you another one with a busted post' game (Andon Cord much?). The bow itself seems to work well for dry-fire training (resistance bands mean the whole thing isn' t going to explod on you, the bit of string in the middle is a bowstring so traditional archers can feel it for real, the poundage can be increased as advertised, etc.). So, other than plastic painted to look like carbon fiber latching it open, the bow itself is fine. The app may or may not be any good (can't tell how much the broken post contributed to the app not wortking well for me), and you will be shipped a bow with a broken post via Amazon. SO, 1 Star... the company sells them directly, and maybe they ship them better, who knows, but from Amazon, whent he replacement has the exact same issue, 1 Star.

Great Hunting Tool!
I’ve been using the AccuBow 2.0 for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best training tools out there for archers and bowhunters alike. The build quality is solid, and the adjustable resistance lets me fine-tune my draw weight for realistic practice anywhere—no arrows, no range required. The app integration is a huge bonus. The virtual range and shot analysis help track progress, and it’s surprisingly fun and interactive. It really helps keep your form sharp during the off-season and builds strength in all the right muscle groups. Whether you’re a beginner learning proper technique or an experienced hunter staying dialed in year-round, the AccuBow 2.0 is worth every penny. I’ve noticed better consistency, smoother draw, and more control when I switch back to my actual bow. Highly recommend!

Not worth it.
Long time archery hunter, bought it for the family to break into a little at home simulation fun and maybe learn along the way. The device is what it is and it is pretty cool, but the app is terrible. For the price of these training aides, there needs to be updated software that doesn’t dry-fire, mis-fire, or no fire even after following all directions and adjusting sensitivity sensor repeatedly. A couple app updates and this is 5 stars for sure.

“A slick and effective training tool”
A fun and effective off-season or rainy day training tool. There’s no let off as on a compound bow so the strength training is challenging and useful. Similar to using a recurve. I have worked my way up from 40 ish pounds to 65 ish pounds. The videos on the Accubow website are very helpful In developing an effective training regiment. The app is fun but needs some work. I recommend this product for anybody who needs to strength train or recover from an injury. By the way customer service is great as well. The laser on my bow wouldn’t turn off I contacted customer service and they had a new one in the mail to me the same day that I made the complaint! The bow is very solidly built and well designed especially the 2.0 version. Works great with a D Loop and my trigger release. The upshot is after using this product for a little over two weeks daily I am finding that I am much more steady in my draw and hold on my compound bow. I can also send more arrows down range in a given session almost doubling my previous number of shots.

Good thought but Not worth the money
This thing sucks. It’s a great idea and I purchased it during covid so I would have something to do inside. The quality of the bow is pretty solid, but the app doesn’t really work that well. The location of where the phone holder is terrible because when you draw it rotates into the shooters arm. Also it is very difficult to find any information on how to make your bow the draw weight you want. Overall I didn’t like it and returned it.

Great training tool, but keep the poundage cranked down
I bought this as a training tool to help me with 3 spot for annual qualifications. It just takes too much time to drive to/from the range, and lacking the ability to shoot in the backyard because of zoning, this was the choice. I found that the 3 spot target training really helped me with practicing my draw, shot cycle, and release. What's not good is that if you try to approximate your hunting poundage, you can easily break the accuband (ask me how I know). If I could shoot in the backyard, I'd never consider this. That being said, the ability to grab a few minutes of practice, plus the ability to fold it up and travel, is worth a minor investment. Recommendation: Make the accubands a LOT stronger, and ship the kit with replacement band and dampeners. Update 3/30/24: Ordered replacement accuband. The company sent it with free shipping, and it got here in just a few days. Took about 10 minutes total to switch out bands and make sure everything was ok. I should add that I also shot a 3D course today. 27/28 targets, the best 3D round I've shot. I think just getting in reps with AccuBow has helped me with my shot process, so upgrading to 4 stars
