I needed the certificate and I sent a message to the seller, they replied right away. I also had an issue with not receiving the plug and they sent it in 2 or 3 days. I am happy with my purchase and the customer service

Bad Deal
Scale stopped working by itself the first week of January. The return window has closed, and it was not cheap to buy. I cannot return it. Bad Deal

Great Scale & Buying Experience
I purchased this scale in order to accurately assess my child's weight & weight gain & loss progress. This is an excellent scale. It comes as described. Shipped well using adequate packing material & care. Would recommend scale & seller for future purchases.

5 weeks and out.
It was working good, it was right on with the weights that I verified with. About week 3 the light started to flicker and by week 5 I couldn’t keep it on. It said that it was open and would just shut off. Now, I will admit it was in a dusty environment so that may have been something to do with it, but it still should have lasted longer the 5 weeks.
