I follow all the instructions but my mouse is not responding how do I connect my mouse and how do I charge it anybody knows please

Plug it in using the usb cord they gave. It goes into the front of the mouse underneath the scroll wheel

I only use this setup on a pc. I would not buy this again. Ever.

I don’t think so, because every device has different frequencies to operate with
