Since lockdown had me home all day with my wifes great baking I have scaled to 22 stone and this chair is handling my chunky behind fine. I had one issue recently with the gas cannister and a little bit of a squeak that the chair had that I figured may have been normal as this is my first chair of this kind however a quick message to the seller and they straight away agreed to send a new cannister and tilt mechanism for me. This is about 5 months after purchase (the listing says any issues solved free up to 2 years). I have just installed the new parts and the chair seems as good as new (better as the squeak seems to be eliminated also). The chair was easy to assemble though is pretty heavy due to its sturdy frame so some parts were a little awkward to hold and fix together solo but I have had much worse times during assembly of stuff in the past so no real issue and would be easier with 2 people probably. I use this chair as an office chair as well as for down time playing on my PC so am in it at least 8 hours every weekday while working and it has been a vast improvement on the previous dining table chair I was using. I haven't had any real back ache during the time using it which I have been prone to previously so the support offered is clearly good and because you can adjust the cushion and backrest to suit its pretty easy to get it comfy and supportive. I havent used the massage feature of the cushion much as the vibration is fairly loud and I find that distracting as I work however the feel of it isnt bad on the back, its not to strong. I find the arm rests sit a little low for me and the ability to put them up higher would be nice in a chair designed for bigger people however I am also 6 foot 3 tall so this is a pretty standard issue for me and not something I expect more averaged height folks would suffer from. Overall great all day chair in my opinion so far that has greatly improved my working from home experience during the ongoing pandemic

Easy enough to assemble (took me maybe 10-15 minutes max). Extremely comfy! I have legitimately fallen asleep in this chair every day since I bought it, I'm not even lying, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I do tend to have a bad habit for falling asleep on chairs though. It's super wide which is nice too. I don't use the massage feature too much because it does tend to be quite loud and I have downstairs neighbors and I'm worried they might be able to hear it through the wooden floor but when I do it's amazing. It's not ridiculously loud but you know how vibrations travel. My only gripe is that it's a bit creaky sometimes when I lean forward/backwards if I don't have the "rocking feature" fully tightened. The rocking feature "lock" on the handle you use to lower the chair seems to do nothing but since I don't want to use it, it's no problem for me. (Having tested it just now, it creaks even when the locking feature is fully tightened, it's not that bad though I wouldn't let it deter you from buying the chair unless you can't stand ANY creaks) Overall I'm happy with my purchase and i'd buy it again for sure and suggest you do the same. Good price, good product.

I game and watch movies in this chair, it's the only sitting furniture I have in my room it's used at least 10 hours a day. The cushion on the seat does lose its sponginess after a few weeks but that's to be expected. The foot rest has not broken at all although it's not used very often by me. The upright sitting position of this chair is wonderful for posture and ensuring you aren't slouched. Assuming you keep the reclining feature at its highest. I bought this chair on a whim after many had failed me previously due to being a heavier guy (145kg) I had this for 11 months before I had an issue. The support bar on the back of the chair had begun to bend under likely my naturally leaning left sitting position. The hydraulic and the rocking mechanism worked flawlessly with no issues. If you were capable of welding, the issue I have could be easily remedied with little hassle. I messaged the seller through amazon and had a response within 24 hours. They asked for pictures and immediately informed me they could replace the chair, no hassle. They informed me they didn't have my original colour choice (pink) I could wait for it to restock or they could send an alternative colour. They informed me it would be black and white. It arrived 4 days later. Took me 30 mins to put together. Wondeful experience. Would highly recommend this chair and this company.

Item arrived on time and as described - no parts were missing. Assembly, for the most part, was ok, but I did get stuck at some points and had to refer to the YouTube video. Positives: - Comfortable - Stylish - Large - Sturdy Negatives - Footrest doesn't extend far enough - not comfortable for long periods if you're quite a tall person so I found myself not using that feature. - The covers that go on the side of the chair do not align with the holes, therefore I can't clip it into place as you'll see in the photo. I have taken apart the chair and had someone else take a look but it never aligns on mine. Although it doesn't affect the use of the chair, it is not appealing cosmetically to have the cover sticking out. Overall I would recommend this chair as it is very comfy and stylish, but it loses a star for me due to a flaw/defect where the cover does not align and the footrest is not very useful for me.

I bought this chair as I was working from home and I wanted to invest in a stylish but comfy chair, I saw this chair on sale and it was definitely a great purchase! I've had this chair for 8 months and it's still as sturdy as the day I bought it, I have previously my working days in this chair and it's been nice to sit in, the back support cushion is a really good feature of the chair as I haven't experienced any back ache as I would have from other chairs. I was worried that over time the seat would become flatter, but it hasn't done that. I did have an issue with a faulty wheel, but the seller was happy to send a new part, meaning I can enjoy this chair for a lot longer. Overall, I would definitely recommend this chair if you are looking for a nice chair to either work or game on. I would especially recommend it if you are a larger person as it's a large chair and it's held up incredibly well so far.

So, I work from home and I game... from home. I needed a new chair and this one is very comfortable and even after sitting in it for more than 8-12 hours some days the cushions have not sagged or flattened. I don't use the foot rest as it does appear a bit flimsy but honestly it's a none issue. The massage bit on the chair is removable and does require it to be plugged into a USB to work and when it is on it is very loud but it does feel nice when I remember to use it. If you have smaller doorways like I do, as in, slimmer than the average door, please build your chair in the room it is going to live in as the base is quite large and it might be a squeeze to get in. Overall, I recommend the chair. I've no issues with it at all and it is still as comfortable as when I bought it.

My main issue is that the raised side parts of the seat stop you from being able to spread your legs and in my case are causing me serious problems with my glutes/lower back, as my legs are being squeezed together. And, after 3 weeks of that I'm developing some nasty muscle strain in those areas (this may not be an issue with smaller people, i'm 6'4). I wish the seat was wider and/or the angle between the edges greater. The wings or 'shoulders' stick also out making it a bit awkward, as they roll your shoulders inwards. Again, might be comfortable if you're on the smaller side. Assembly was easy, though took a while, and the instructions were slightly wrong (back was labelled as front), but this wasn't difficult to figure out. Chair is also quite heavy (not a massive issue, but i had to carry the package up two flights of stairs, which was a task even for me, a fit 6'4 26 year old). If you're tall like i am, you'll know the struggle of trying to find ergonomic chairs that tailor to our minority proportions. I'm afraid you're gonna have to keep looking. Don't waste your money on this. If you're on the smaller side however, this might be a good chair for you. The material quality is good, but any chair that causes muscle problems instantly gets a terrible review in my opinion.

This chair is really comfortable and I'm really looking forward to testing out the backassaging cushion! It fits really nicely with my gaming aesthetic and I love the affordability of it! To me the foot rest is irreplaceable purely because I sit like a gremlin/stone golem when gaming and it gives me exactly the height I need for my gaming set up! Only point of improvement for me would be the ar rests, but you can buy cushioning covered for them so even then I'm not mad especially when I consider the price. And if you're like me and don't like reading instructions, you'll be fine. This was super easy for me to put together. However it is heavy, that's the only warning I have to give.

Absolutely loved the chair in the beginning and now the back doesn't work anymore and I can't comfortably sit because it keeps falling back. Do not buy this chair

This is really a good gaming chair. Bought a couple of them and they are all nice. There is even a massage function, just connect a powerbank to the cable and relax. Everyone in the house loves the chairs.

Don't hesitate

Easy to assemble. The sides come up a bit on the seat as is the style for gaming chairs (I guess) so could be uncomfortable especially for a big fella like me. Everything else though is awesome. Love the reclining function. The foot rest could be a bit longer, especially since I am not the tallest person. The massaging lumbar support is also awesome, however, the plug definitely needs to be longer or run off of battery, rechargeable or otherwise. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with with product and for a person with knee and back issues due to military service, this is my comfy throne.

Anche la larghezza dei braccioli e regolabile Un po' deludente il poggiapiedi, sostenuto da due tubi che mi son sembrati fragili, se ci appoggio entrambi i piedi flettono, unico vero difetto di una poltrona comunque con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il cuscino massaggiante è abbastanza potente, ma più di tanto non si può pretendere: non è una poltrona massaggiante. Tutto sommato soddisfatto
