Why is the price being scalped at $49.99 above retail price? Since Amazon company is official dealer aren't they obligated to sell it at retail price

No. All retailer's can set their own retail price, even if the manufacturer's suggested price is different.

Does this doll have earrings in? My daughter’s does not, but has holes it it’s ears. Was wondering if they were left out of ours…

This product does not include earrings. The same mold is used for the various version of this doll and some of the products do include earrings.

How tall is this doll? Dimensions state 1x1x1 inches. That can’t be right

This doll is 11" high with her shoes on.

We should untie the cloth in her waist right?

No. There is a Velcro closure on the back to remove the jacket from around the waist.
