Taste better then expected can tell I have more energy and fell better drinking this then how I was was prior

It’s a great product, tried it this month on a half ironman (6.5 hrs) and on a 50K trail run (6 hrs) with no side effects whatsoever and no cramping. Very easy to digest and the Naked flavor is actually great. But I had to take a protein bar 2/3 into the 50K run (very exhausting/hilly) to get back my mental clarity and better energy. Learned from other ultra runners (and other products) since then that protein is needed for very long workouts to prevent a drop in sugar levels. Will always use protein from now on, in addition to the energy nutrition. Will probably not renew if the competing product, which has 4g of protein per serving, works better. But otherwise this is an excellent product for shorter events! 10/2/2020 update: Tailwind Nutrition promptly clarified for me how to add protein to the fueling strategy, and it’s a great idea. Giving this a 5-star now! Response: "It's actually even easier...just use straight Rebuild as it contains glucose and sucrose, similar to our Endurance Fuel. We have some customers on very long efforts who, like you, would like some protein. They'll end up using both products with Endurance Fuel as their primary fuel and Rebuild interjected every now and then."

After bonking hard during my first marathon using just chews, I knew I needed a better fueling strategy for my next marathon. I chose Tailwind because it’s recommended by alot of ultramarathoners and if it’s good enough for all those miles then surely it’ll work for a measly 26.2. I love the light taste and it never upset my stomach. I’ve used it in half marathons and during my marathon training. For my road marathon, i made a super concentrate of four servings in 2 5oz soft flasks that I tucked into my pockets (no hydro vests, belts allowed) and drank plain water from the aid stations. Worked perfectly

Works well. Went on a 50 mile bike ride with this in my 2L bladder. Didn't feel worn out or dehydrated. I will use this in future Ultra races and shorter gravel races.

Generally good. Package came early, contents as described. Seemed to be a more finely processed product than some others I have tried in the past. The plain flavor (called "naked") tastes of salt and maybe citrus, but is generally very light and had no aftertaste. I used two scoops of this on one of my hotter runs where I run with a camelback (12 miles, 98F) and I noticed my time did not significantly improve (still about 90 minutes). However, I did notice my recovery afterwards was a little faster in comparison, and I did not tire out quite as fast.. I believe this product will be beneficial for longer runs (marathons, ultras, etc), and I will test that theory on a Tough Mudder in September. I do have some concerns over the packaging; once opened, the bag is easy to spill.

I wanted to try all whole foods for ultra running but my gut just does not want to comply. I used two scoops of tailwind in my 17 oz water flask and sip on it over two hours so one scoop per hour. I also use other means of fuel to bump me up to 200 calories to 250 calories per hour. I needed tailwind to get me in the right caloric zone. I couldn't eat over 150 cals without cramps in my gut. This tailwind has made that happen so now my 5+ hour runs are doable and I feel 100% better. I know people who only use tailwind but I feel it's a good addition to fueling strategy. Also great band for your buck electrolytes are already included. So no need for salt tabs. Love the naked flavor as it barely has a sweet rate and is great for people who are having nausea or unsettled stomach. Which can happen!

I really wanted this product to work! It has great reviews and is used by many. However, the first time I used it I went with directions on the package. My heart started to race and I felt really weird after only drinking 1/4 of my 24 oz bottle. Then the next day I cut the dose to less than half and the same thing happened. I did get my money refunded, thank you. If your system is sensitive to over the counter meds like I am, this product may not be for you. I went back to old faithful LMNT.

I have been using this product, so just restocking. Glad to find it at this price! Delivery was reasonably fast too.

This is my go to fuel for cycling and running. It mixes clean, isn’t stick or nasty and cleans up easily. It tastes good and doesn’t give me any GI distress at all. It’s brilliant. Not cheap. But brilliant.

I use this in my water when running/biking/ hiking etc. on long, hot days. Works well. Flavour is okay. Good for electrolyte replacement and also some extra calories for those long days. It is kind of expensive though. But good stuff.
