I need to practice, so far (3 days), I have not been able to kick up into handstand. It feels strong and stable though.

Krixxtix Are Great!!!
I absolutely love Krixstix. They are incredibly versatile and help me with so many different aspects of my practice. As a devoted Ashtangi, I find my shoulders get incredibly tight from all of the arm-work. The default position with Krixstix does wonders for that issue. I would recommend Krixstix to anyone, whether they're a beginner or a seasoned veteran.

Absolutely love how my krikstix has helped me with inversions and alignment. This is by far the best yoga prop on the market. It's also an amazing therapeutic tool for releasing neck and shoulder tension. So excited that I can now buy it on Amazon. It's going to be my favorite gift this Christmas!? Love the packaging. Very slick.

I absolutely love my Krikstix
I didn't purchase through Amazon, but couldn't believe when I saw this here! I absolutely love my Krikstix. I'm terrible about going to the gym, so its great to have something at home I can use to help me get deeper into my stretches. It also disassembles easily for taking on trips.
