Did my research and this was recommended by my RD friend. I know pros taking mend. Originally started taking for bone fracture and now take it daily as I have experienced benefits. They recently moved to new formula which has stronger turmeric and stronger taste...taste preference is a very individual thing. I drink it is selzter water sometimes or add mend to smoothies. I've also added ginger and honey.

Highly recommended over anything that I have tried throughout my career

I am a professional athlete who is constantly fighting to keep my muscles and joints healthy and recover as quickly as possible. I have been dealing with two pulled hamstring for the past 4 months and started MEND once I received a jug. After only two weeks of being on the MEND, I was able to participate in a game for the first time all season without the use of a compression sleeve and felt a drastic change in my performance. Even though I have only been using this product for a short period of time, I have already felt the benefits of it and look forward to becoming not only healthier but a more explosive and effective player. Highly recommended over anything that I have tried throughout my career.

I initially started taking this product to help with some injuries I sustained after a car accident. As I was reading the label I realized this was an awesome post work out supplement and continued using it after I was healed. As certified personal trainer who trains hard in the gym, I started using this supplement as a part of my recovery routine. I've noticed less soreness after heavy lifting days. I just throw a scoop in my protein shake!It has been really helpful for not only post-trauma recovery that it was designed for, but has the added bonus of being a great post-work out supplement. I will definitely be buying more!!

Great product.

Great product.... Have been using it on a regular basis and will continue to do so... At 60 my knees no longer hurt and back to running distances with speed.. My wife also uses it and cannot believe the way her joints feel..... Could not be happier...
