This has been great for my new health journey, I can already tell a difference in my skin. It feels soft and this powder has no taste. It does clump however easy to smooth out with a good stir. I add honey and the lemon crystals and do this for my morning ritual. Not sure if it's the supplements I have been taking but my hair has started to grow where my hairline is weird.

This stuff is actually tasteless. You don’t taste or feel it in your drink. I have not had this with just water, so experiment with that on your own, but with other drinks it tastes like you never added anything. I will say if you’re going to add it to a cold drink it WILL 100% clump up and float around in your drink. Depending on the size of the clumps (which shouldn’t be huge if you’ve stirred it well) you most likely won’t notice or feel a difference. This dissolves A LOT better in a room temp, warm or hot drink. It will dissolve with cold drinks it’ll just take a little longer, so keep that in mind.But within the two weeks I’ve been using it daily (usually in my morning beverage) I’ve noticed that my nails are a little thicker and stronger than previously. Genetically they tend to be brittle so I can tell there’s a difference using this. They feel healthier and thicker. I like this because it really is tasteless. I added it to my morning iced coffee but while stirring it it just stick to my spoon in a big clump. I had to scrape it off into my coffee and keep stiring but it still didn't fully dissolve. Can't put it in hot liquid because it ruins the supplement and takes away from it. I have a texture problem so the little clumps do bother me. This is my first day using it, got it last night, so we will see if it does anything for my hair, nails, skin and joints. It did settle in the bottom of my cup though. So you have to stir every time you go to take a drink.
