Great Wax Alternative
Let me preface with: This is not for everyone. I gave it 5 stars because it's great for me. But I realize it might not be good for you (and I'll explain why later). That said, if you're looking for a hair removal alternative, you might want to give this one a shot. On to the review...PROS: Works better than wax (imo), is all natural, is easy enough to use at home with salon-like results, washes off very easily, and is inexpensiveCONS: Is messy, doesn't have instructions on the container (but does refer you to the instructions on the website), and I can't get it to work according to the directionsSo...I got this specifically for the bikini area. I've not tried it anywhere else, but I imagine the results are the same (maybe it'll work according to directions elsewhere).Anyway, you heat it up to make it pliable, spread it on with your fingers against the direction of hair growth. Now, according to their instructions, you're supposed to peel it off in the direction of hair growth. Though I've used it about 10 times, I've never been able to peel it off. I end up plucking it off, which works well for me. It's a bit messy, but it washes off with warm water. It can probably be used with the linen strips they use for waxing, though I haven't tried it. If I do, I'll update this review.Because it's time-consuming, I did the first removal in stages. It's much faster to maintain once it's removed, though. Here are the things you need to know if you're considering this:1. It does hurt. You're pulling hair out by the roots. But it's not as bad as waxing, in my opinion. And it doesn't feel like it's removing the first layer of skin.2. You will have some redness and maybe some tenderness for a few minutes. Not like waxing, which in my experience can be downright painful for a few days.3. Finding a good location and position to use it may be tough (depending on what body parts you're removing hair from).4. Men...the website tells you specifically NOT to use this for testicular hair removal. If that's your sole purpose for considering this product, consider something else.Overall, it's not a "perfect" product, but it works perfectly for what I wanted it for, so it gets 5 stars from me. :)UPDATE:So...two things.1. I tried this on my legs and it worked like the website said it would. Less pain than wax, plus the benefit of washing it off with soap and water.2. Instead of buying wax removal papers, I went to the store and bought some scraps of fabric (100% cotton) and used small strips for the bikini area. This works MUCH better. Much faster. More efficient. Less messy. Less painful. If you plan to use this in the bikini area, I highly recommend this method. (And fabric scraps are a lot cheaper than the wax remover strips anyway.)

Effective, takes practice tho!
Iโm a young woman and I like it because I hate shaving in the shower. It is sticky and a little stringy but it washes off your hands or clothes super easy cause itโs just sugar. Only warm it for like 5-8 seconds because I made it too soft and it was way harder to use and got all over me lol. But once I left it to harder a bit, more to like a glob I can move around and it worked great on my legs and armpits! Have yet to try anywhere else but I plan to

Good paste, but it was very runny

Leaves skin so soft!
I started sugaring at sugaring nyc, I love for so much. Due to schedule differences with my waxing tech I missed an appointment and decided to try it myself at home. I was not able to do it like the pros rolled it into a ball over and over again, instead I applied and removed it with waxing strips ! It worked great, left my skin so soft and no ingrowths as of now. Pain level is the same as in the salon, it it more time consuming because Iโm always hesitant to pull strip. Overall I like it for in between treatments I didnโt have to go so often to the salon and save money !

Horrible Sugaring Paste
So I wanted to try the at home sugaring paste. After experiencing it at the spa. First this particular paste was a complete disaster. When I opened the box, it was leaking out of the container into the box. Once I attempted to use it, AFTER watching the online video, the paste never got to the consistency of paste, I let it set for a while, was able to dig some out of container, but again I was never able to spread and peel/flick it off. It was basically the consistency of the gel. Not happy with this product at all.. I still have small amount left, so I may try with the strips. But I feel you shouldn't have to do that, if it's supposed to be a paste.

Not for brazillians
Maybe it was just too hot the day I tried, but this goo just stuck to my ass and would only pull away like sticky candy caramel glue. Ie not in a glob with hair attached. Luckily it washes off in the shower. Two stars.

Lemme tell you
There is for sure a learning curve. I did not like using my fingers with this stuff. I had a metal butter knife that I never use, so I used that as a little spatula and it made it spread much more evenly. I used it on my arms and legs. It takes like 98% of all the hair off. I definitely prefer this over meltable wax. I would purchase again because Iโm too lazy to make this stuff at home.
