Is this lotion cleanser too heavy for acne-prone skin? I really don't want to make my adult acne worse!

Hi Nathan. As a friendly non professional suggestion? I would try a different Gratiae product. It is called Gratiae Renewing peeling gel. We all know how important exfoliating is and how terrible it is to use anything with bumps or visible grainy stuff in it. Things like that cause microscopic abrasions on your skin and make the problem worse. This gel is cool and smooth and you only feel the teeny tiny grains after is warms up on your skin while you gently rub it in. This stuff if beautiful. Leaves your skin feeling silky soft and totally fresh. As with any defoliant - only needed 1-2 times a week. That, IMHO, is the way to go for troubled skin.
