How many gallons does it filter before having to replace the filter?

I bought mine in December. We refill the compartment twice a day and I have not yet been notified to change the filter. I cannot be more specific in Gallons or Liters but surprisingly efficient.

Is this white or is this off white?

It is white and gray. Mine came packed well. On the down side mine came with no filter. customer service is no held and I can't find one anywhere, So It sits in its well packed box and can't be used. If someone knows were to get some filters. I would really like to get a few.

Does it Filter out flouride?
