Does anyone's spray more than mist? It's like a hose!

Why does this come in different colour nozzel please

Do you need to move the piercings to spray this and do you need to rinse and dry after?

I was originally given this by my piercer and told to 'soak' my piercing with some lint free kitchen Roll and then clean and dry it with a cotton bud. My piercing did move sometimes but I don't think that you should try to force it to move if it's unhealed. I continued purchasing as I had my daith done and it took a while to fully heal.
