Simply a bargain
I never gave much thought to the company Jabra, such an odd name unlike pantronics, or motorola or even MOGO, i've heard of them but never jabra. So its no surprise that i just overlooked it. I have done extensive research on other brands and the style irked me the wrong way, aside from that there is this ridiculous blue light that flashes that could cause a seizure. The age old question plagued my head is a high price item necessarily better? The Jabra EASYGO really surpised me, for the price you get a high quality product than most. This product has a very simple and sleek design. Its small like most BT headsets, but its not odd looking. There is an on and off slider button which unlike most headset you have to do a tap once or tap twice to turn it on or off which just really is confusing. There are two LED indictors that signify if its connected or in use. The ear gels are comfortable and doesn't stab you after long wear as well as the ear hooks. The easy go lets you choose to have the ear hook thats comes in two sizes or use the ear gels for your preference which my last BT headset just came with one ear hook and it was quite uncomfortable. The function and use is quite user friendly. NO crazy ritual just turn on the BT unit and the BT on the phone and it does the rest for you. This unit comes with its own ac adaptor, and when the battery is low a voice indicator will simply tell you that its low battery. It takes out the guess work of when to charge. The audio quality will really depend on the signal stregnth, for me since i call alot overseas it came in pretty clear, and audible. When going out doors the wind actually causes some interference but still its audible, just talk louder! The great thing about this is since i have a low speaking voice, the person on the other end can still hear me regardless of how low my voice is. This unit can be hooked up to a blue tooth capable laptop for use on messaging software. I have yet to try it, i am still waiting on my BT dongle to see if it will interface correctly. Yet the principle should be the same as if it had a internal BT device installed. I will update once i have it set up. In general the audio is clear and loud. For less than 30 dollars you can get a quality BT head set, i'm surprised by its performance and quality, still this can't compare to higher end units with more features but for those bawlers status people on a budget this is the product for you.

Just what I expected
First- Design. The EASYGO is very small and lightweight. My mom used to have a huge and heavy Motorola bluetooth when her Razr was new and it was just too heavy to be convenient. It kept falling because our ears couldn't support its weight. No problems in that department with the Jabra EASYGO; it stays put and doesn't weigh your ear down. My only complaint with the design of it is that the earhook stays straight and doesn't "swing" open or closed, making it a little awkward when first putting it on, but the EASYGO comes with specific eargels which allow you to remove the earhook (I haven't tried this due to a problem specific to those with small ears). Second- Comfort. I have trouble finding music accessories and headsets that are comfortable because of my small ears. The "one size fits all" stigma has never applied to my ears. Having said that, the unfortunate truth is that the EASYGO is no exception. The piece that the normal eargel covers is too big around to fit comfortably just outside my auditory canal, causing slight discomfort after a few hours of wear. It's not, however, unbearable so I just try not to mess with it too much (causing further discomfort or pain). Also, I wear glasses so the earhook is a little irritating, but not painful or too uncomfortable. Third- Functionality. I was impressed after reading such horrible reviews for the performance that my easygo had absolutely no trouble connecting, staying connected, voice input/output, and receptiveness. I occasionally have a bit of trouble understanding people on the other end (which I associate with my comfort issues), but so far have had no other issues in the slightest. I actually loved how far away from my phone I could walk (three rooms away) and still hear and be heard very clearly! I could do laundry while my phone charged in the other room (total WIN!!!). :) Also the battery life seems to be most excellent! I opened this bluetooth about 3 or 4 days ago, and after the initial straight-out-of-package-charge, I have yet to see a low battery indication, and still have wonderful performance (I have used it for about 2 or three hours straight for 3 consecutive nights). Please keep in mind, I've only had this bluetooth for roughly a week. If problems occur (which I doubt) I will update. Overall, for this being MY first bluetooth, I have thus far been very pleased and would recommend others try it. Besides what I've covered in this review, its price isn't too bad either.

Great Bluetooth, nothing more needed!
I seem to loose my bluetooth headsets often, so I get to try a lot of different sets over time. Despite the low price ($27 at the time of my last purchase), the Jabra EasyGo worked the simplest and had everything I really needed. I've come to realize I actually like the simple ear loop since it stays out of the way. Some other useful features: - On/Off switch: useful to save battery since I only use it in the car - Volume buttons: two buttons for + and -, not just one toggle switch like many other sets - MicroUSB charger: works with many cellphones too - LED lights: shows when battery is low and when the device is paired with phone I've used Motorola and Samsung before, mostly the cheaper headsets that died after a few weeks. I tried the Plantronics Voyager, but the over-the-ear design meant I couldn't wear sunglasses comfortably while driving. Most recently I had a Jawbone Prime, but the headset actually wasn't that loud, and the "stylish" buttons meant controls were actually much harder than they had to be. The EasyGo still worked better than these. Will definitely buy this model again from Amazon when I lose it =P.

Overall very good - Couple small issues
I've had my Jabra Easygo for a couple months now and I like it. Pros: - It is very, small, light and I like the sleek look of it. - It connects easily to my Android phone and has little to no connectivity issues. I can put my phone in my pocket while on a call and the headset stays connected to my phone with no problem. - It has good volume and I haven't had anyone say there is any problem hearing me. Cons: - There isn't a button for answering a call, the whole outside piece is the button. It is easy to push, a little too easy. If you are on a call and want to adjust the earpiece at all, you have to be very careful not to push too hard as it will hang up the call. It took a good month to get used to that and was frustrating at times. - The speaker part is a little large for my ear. Everyone's ear is a little different size, but for me it just a tad too big, so I often have to adjust it in my ear, which leads to my point directly above. I came from a Plantronics M100, and compared them side by side. The Jabra speaker is a little larger, but for me it is just a little too much. If you know your ear canal is small, you may want to pick a different one. - It comes with two different sized plastic ear clips. For me, even the larger of the two is a little to tight. I don't know if they use a stiffer plastic than what I'm used to, or if it was just smaller, but it is a little uncomfortable after wearing it for a few hours. - The Plantronics I came from had a helpful function that it would tell you how many hours of talk time were left in the battery whenever you turned it on. The Jabra only tells you if it is connected. Minor issue, but it was convenient to have. Bottom line: It works well and sounds good. Just a couple minor design issues that don't work perfectly for my ear. Also, I think the button issue should be addressed somehow so that you can adjust the earpiece without hanging up a call accidentally.

Amazing Headset!
Pros: Small, sleek, different easy functions, comfortable, led lights, sturdy volume controls, comes with charger, same charger as android, and easy functions for calling people back. Cons: Really short charger I bought this bluetooth headset for my father about two years ago and he is still using it to this day. I have never heard him say he had a problem with it. With the new laws forbidding talking on the phone without a hands-free device, he has used this product more and more. It is really small and doesn't feel clunky when on the ear. It is extremely easy to take off and put back on. Sometimes when you have it on, its easy to forget its even there. It has a sleek design where the main portion of the device has this glass/plastic reflective part. There are led lights on the device that show if your battery is running low and if you are connected through bluetooth. These lights come in handy when first trying to link the phone and headset. The volume controls are proportional with this the device and are easy to find when the headset is on your ear. The best part of this headset is its function to call someone back. If you want to call back to person that just called you or someone you called recently you can just double click the button and it calls that person. You never have to reach for you phone to do this which is perfect for when you are driving or doing something else. The charger for the headset is the same as an android charger so that can come in handy if you have an android. The one thing i didn't like about the charger is that its super short. I'm talking like less than a foot but other than that small inconvenience the actual device is perfect!

Jabra EASYGO is on the jazz!
The Jabra EASYGO is it! You do not need any model fancier than this. At $26.75 and two-day Amazon Prime free shipping, it is more than adequate for performing hands-free communication when you need it most! However, I found that it was not so "automatic" for connecting my Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4G. Nonetheless, it is an easy setup. Swipe down the top screen on your Galaxy SII for the Bluetooth icon and select it. Select your bottom left icon button on the front of your phone, then Settings, then Bluetooth Settings. Your phone will give you a device number which is dissimilar to anything that you know in life. Just click on it and in a matter of seconds "JABRA EASYGO (connected to phone audio)" will appear. BOOYAH!...you are now connected to your Samsung and in business. If you put your Jabra EASYGO in your ear prior to doing the connection thing on your Galaxy, you will hear the Jabra device say "Connected." I think that you will be very pleased with the clarity of this little device. It may look a bit geeky but it is quite small compared to other Bluetooth headsets on the market and does the job quite well. I may give this one to my daughter when I upgrade to the Jabra EXTREME or Jabra EXTREME2. For now, however, this little baby does the trick! By the way, I found the smaller Ultimate Comfort Eargels to be more comfortable than the "ring around the ear" design. E N J O Y !

Great headset with an excellent price. Updated-Multipoint issues
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am not a big fan of Bluetooth headsets (READ: You look like a Borg from Star Trek), but I felt as though I should have one in the car at all times for just in case. I use the loop around the ear with the small rubber earbud and the headset stays in place and is very comfortable. It paired to my Nokia E71 in seconds and the call quality was very good while in the car. For the inexpensive price that it is offered; this headset could easily compete with the more expensive Jawbone and Plantronics sets. My dad has a Plantronics headset, and the quality and performance was equal between the two. My only con is the big answer button on the face of the headset. Like others have said, you can accidentally press it if you aren't careful. UPDATED REVIEW- For some reason, the device won't connect to two devices via multipoint. I recently got a second phone for work , and this sort of defeats the purpose. I am keeping my review at a 4 star, because the product is still excellent in terms of price and sound/mic quality... I think that I just got a defective one. I think I am going to try a different headset, or maybe even an in-car device (may be a better idea). I am not sure yet.

Bad fit, bad sound, bad reception, just bad.
I bought this new in the retail package, to use with an iPhone 3. The package claimed to be eco-friendly, but it had two separate non-recyclable plastic sleeves, so take that claim with a box of salt. It came with 2 ear "buds" and 2 ear "hooks" one each large & small. The ear hook interfered with my glasses so I tried to use it with the bud alone, but the large one was too big for my ear and the small was too small, it kept falling out. After resigning myself to using the ear hook, I went to connect it up. That part seemed pretty easy and painless. However, the reception distance from iPhone to the headset is microscopic! I wanted to have the headset on my left ear, and set the phone in my car's center console tray near my hand on the right, but it simply would not keep a connection at that distance (less than 2 feet?). It also would not keep a connection with the phone in my left-hand jeans pocket. The only way to maintain a steady connection was to keep it in a left-hand shirt pocket, less than 1 foot away. Even at that distance, the sound quality was terrible - audio clipping and stretching, fuzzing out regularly. The volume adjustment didn't seem to do much of anything. The push-to-answer is also a push-to-call by default, which I discovered numerous times as I tried to remove and reinsert it; you have to hold it only by the sides and not push at all on the main face, or else you will call back the last number you called. This makes it really difficult to put in and out. I finally figured out that I could turn it off with the little switch on the back, insert it in my ear, then wiggle my fingernail in behind it and turn it back on. Basically, don't plan to leave this laying around and then grab it and stuff it in your ear when the phone rings. If you try that, you'll almost certainly just hang up on whoever is calling. (And you'd better hope it's not your boss - ask me how I know!) If you get it in, just plan on wearing it all day if you think you'd need to use it at all. If you can get an ear bud that fits, it would probably be very comfortable, as the shape of the buds was good, the material soft, and the device very light. That's about the only good news about it, though. After a week of fighting with this thing, I threw it in a drawer and went back to using handheld & speakerphone. I will buy another Bluetooth headset soon, but it won't be a Jabra. This thing is a hunk of junk. Stay away.

Think Before You Buy...Do your Homework
I have always been very satisfied with the products and the customer service @ Amazon.ca. Unfortunately I decided to buy this product Jabra 100-92100000-02 bluetooth Mobile headset for PC and my perception has changed. The idea of getting bluetooth headset "for PC" was to make skype calls. Maybe the instructions are not clear, maybe what I got it's incomplete or maybe the name as it appears in the website (amazon.ca) it's not correct. I cannot use this "headset for PC". Level of satisfaction....Very low

Buyer Beware!
It says very clearly in the description: "Plug ?n play USB adapter ensures that no installation is needed Multiuse - connects to Skype and your mobile phone simultaneously" However it does not come with the Plug 'n Play USB Adapter and that is an additional $41! This was purchased after a link on the Skype Shop which clearly shows a USB adapter in their description. Since this is advertised specifically for PC and for use on Skype that would have been helpful to know. As is, it's useless. Now I'm returning it.

Very good product
Fashinable, micro size, easy to fix to ear, much easy to operate, excellent sound, but battery not durable. As you don't forget to recharge it for the next day, I would highly recommend it.
