This started out okay but soon frequently would not work right then with fiddling it would suddenly work again for a short period of time (purchased Dec 2020). I cannot seem to get it to work at all now that it is fireplace season again. Recommend trying another one with higher ratings. Poor marks for quality, value and longevity.

Missing items.
Great lighter, however I was disappointed that the 4 winter & 3 summer packets were missing base on "Extendable ARC LIGHTER + 4 Winter & 3 Summer Packets" order placed. Will be requesting refund. Might try to order again later, hoping the order will be complete.

Doesn't last
Bought in January, used in-frequently. Very nice to extend and start a BBQ. Lighting fires is easy. Lasted about 3 months before needing to charge. The micro USB port is ok but cheap. Couldn't get it to charge once. Now it's completely dead. Light will come on. No indication that it is charging. Noticed it would keep the blue LED even if the switch was off or on and eventually the light would go out.
