Frontier co-op is an excellent company and I’ve used many of their products over the years. I wanted organic dried onions that were minced and not onion powder. We make a dry rub of minced garlic, minced onion, salt and pepper on our steak before we grill. I have this Frontier co-op certified organic white minced onion on my Amazon subscribe and save. Excellent taste. And I really appreciate that it does not have herbicides and pesticides on it.

Good value. Evenly chopped pieces not dusty. Smells great. I opened package and poured in a glass container. They completely filled a quart jar to the top. I am very pleased with the amount and quality of the onions.

POTATOES SOUP

The minced onion has just the right amount of sweetness. I throw it on salads or mix with mashed avocado. Also good mixed with sour cream. All kinds of uses. I love it.

Although I most often use fresh onion I can't deny that a quality dry onion is sometimes a blessing. Especially when you just need a little and don't want to cut up a whole onion. My daughter by marriage is a huge fan of my dried onion supply. A pinch added to scrambled eggs in the morning helps make her breakfast complete and is a big time saver before she leaves for work. I also gift many herb or spice mixes to friends and family and although fresh is best it's really impractical for an Italian blend that's being gifted.

This is an excellent dried onion! I used it in my stuffing for Thanksgiving! No one knew I hadn’t used fresh chopped onions. These onions are more like fresh chopped than any dried onions I have ever bought anywhere else. I would recommend them to everyone.

Love these minced onions for those times when I’m in a hurry and don’t feel like chopping fresh onions. Works especially good in soups, green beans, pinto beans, meat loaf and more! Great organic quality!
